Salisbury Youth Orchestra Performs May 15

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury Youth Orchestra presents its annual spring concert 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15, in the Jackson Family Auditorium of Holloway Hall.

Directed by Dr. Jeffrey Schoyen, SU professor of music and the artistic director of Salisbury Symphony Orchestra, the group is a full orchestra, including strings, winds, brass and percussion. The orchestra is experience of middle and high school students from throughout the Delmarva Peninsula gaining experience of playing in a full orchestra, generally not offered in area schools.

Tickets are $5, $3 for seniors, faculty, staff and students. Tickets are available through SU’s online box office at www.salisbury.edu/performingarts.

Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass.
